By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent No.3 to consider his representation dated 28/05/2024, which has been submitted by the petitioner pursuance to the order passed by this Court in WPS No.6435/2010 dated 05/08/2021. 2. As per the contention of the petitioner that though there is an order of this Court with certain direction and observation, but the respondents are not complying with the same. Learned counsel for the State submits that as per para-5 of the order of this Court dated 05/08/2021, the issue involved in the said case has been remitted back to the Janpad Panchayat, Pali with a direction to afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and supply necessary documents and thereafter, a reasoned and speaking order was directed to be passed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Since the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the order dated 05/08/2021 has not been complied with by the respondent, Janpad Panchayat, Pali, then the remedy of filing a contempt petition is available to the petitioner, hence the writ petition is not maintainable. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings sought by the petitioner. 5. It appears that, by the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking compliance of the order dated 05/08/2021 passed in favour of the petitioner in WPS No. 6435/2010, hence, the present writ petition is not maintainable, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition seeking compliance of the order of this Court in WPS No. 6435/2010. 6.
