Learned State Counsel on the basis of instructions received from the respondent has submitted that the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with and the copy of the decision taken by the three member committee and the order passed by the Director dated 13.09.2025 has been provided during the course of argument and the photo copy of the same has been provided to the learned counsel for applicant and has further submitted that the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous On the other hand, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that though for all practical purposes, the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with but the representation of the applicant has been rejected for which the applicant may be given liberty to challenge the same by filing a writ petition. On the other hand, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. Notice issued earlier, if any, stands discharged. However, It is always open for the applicant to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law for which no separate order is required from the contempt court.
