This Court has duly taken note of the affidavit filed by Mr. K. A. Mazumder, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants wherein it is duly stated that the appellant No.1 had expired and no steps have been taken by the appellant. He further submits that the appellant No.1 prior to his death had also taken back the records.
2. This Court has duly taken note of that on 22.04.2015, it was informed that the appellant No.1 had expired. However, no steps have been taken.
3. The appellant No.2 has also not engaged any person after the file had been taken. It therefore appears that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the instant Appeal for which the instant Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
