Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an F-Line application dated 07.02.2025 seeking for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the petitioner’s land 4. admeasuring to an extent of 169 Sq.yards in Sy. No. 323/9 out of total an extent of Ac. 0.50 cents in Thimmapuram Village, Kakinada Rural Mandal, Kakinada District. But till date, the respondents neither considered the application nor conducted survey. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 5. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondents will consider the F-line application of the petitioner dated 07.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. 6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record. this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the F-line application of the petitioner dated 07.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders as per the provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other stake holders if any, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No 7. costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
