Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 3 and Sri Muzammil Abbas, learned counsel who has put in appearance for respondent No.4. 2. By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing the impugned FIR dated 13.10.2025 vide Case Crime No.0622 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 324(2), 352, 351(3), 131 of B.N.S., Police Station Thakurganj, District Lucknow. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA states on the basis of instructions sent by one Sri Farooq Alam, Sub Inspector, Police Station Thakurganj, District Lucknow dated 02.12.2025 that a chargesheet dated 22.11.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. 4. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press this petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to them. 5.
