Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the petitioner herein, i.e., Seema had filed the present writ petition on the basis of an Aadhaar Card, which is reproduced here as under: 3. He submits that the validity of the said Aadhaar Card was checked and it was found to be an invalid Aadhaar Number. He further submits that, now, contempt petitions have been filed by the said Ms. Seema and another Ms. Pooja, who are blackmailers and are trying to extort money from the applicant. 5. He submits that the applicant has been receiving phone calls through someone, who states himself to be the representative of Ms. Seema and is also receiving calls from Ms. Pooja for extortion of money, after service of contempt petitions to the applicant. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant further submits that the modus operandi of the aforesaid persons is to file contempt petitions with the Registry of this Court and not to have them listed. He submits that on the basis of service of the contempt petitions, extortion calls are being made to the applicant. 7. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant further relies upon the judgment dated 12th August, 2025, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 12079/2025, titled as “Aalim Versus Municipal Corporation of Delhi & This is a digitally signed order. By referring to the aforesaid judgment, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in the present case also, the antecedents of the petitioner ought to be investigated by the police, as in the aforesaid case. 9. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2, i.e., Station House Officer (“SHO”), Police Station Shaheen Bagh and respondent no.3, i.e., the Special Task Force (“STF”). 10. Issue notice to the petitioner, through counsels appearing for the petitioner. 11.
