He invites our attention to the copy of Death Certificate of the said respondent No.2. 2. The record shows that since the name of 2025:BHC-AUG:3592-DB Cri.Appln.No.1703/2019 :: 2 :: respondent No.1 Hasan s/o Jameer Shaikh was wrongly added as respondent though he was absconding since beginning, his name was deleted by order dated 13/9/2024. It is further seen from the record that, the respondent No.3 Shivaji s/o Mhasu Bhagwat died and the order in respect of abatement in that regard was passed on 13/9/2024. 3.
