For Petitioner : Mr.S.Alagusundar For Respondents : Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, Additional Government Pleader O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to survey the land and to place the survey stones in Survey No.13/3 to an extent of 0.47.5 ares equivalent to 1 acre 17 cents, S.No.13/4 to an extent of 0.21.0 ares, in S.No.13/8 to an extent of 0.22.5, in S.No.13/9 to an extent of 0.04.0 ares, situated at Vandankottai Village, Thiruvarangulam, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2025. 2.With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.35799 of 2025 3.The petitioner's grievance is that though he has made an application for survey and demarcation of boundaries of the subject land on 24.10.2025, however, the same has been kept pending till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties concerned, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. 5.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.10.2025 and survey and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of all the parties concerned and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD) No.35799 of 2025 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
