The instant petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent no.1/Sub Divisional Officer, Judicial, Tehsil Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar to consider and decide the pending restoration application dated 25.10.2023 case No. RST/14095/2025 (Computerized no. T202504040214095) filed by proforma opposite party No.6 for recall of order dated 25.10.2023 passed by opposite party No.1 in case no. T202204040202287 under Section 116 U.P. Revenue Code since 25.10.2023. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the restoration application dated 25.10.2023 to recall the order dated 25.10.2023 has been pending for disposal. The same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the restoration application dated 25.10.2023, case No. RST/14095/2025 (Computerized no. T202504040214095) in terms of directions issued by this Court in the judgement of Daya Shankar vs. State of U.P. and others, reported in 2023 (6) ADJ 181.
