However, the petitioner submitted that the complaint was already submitted to the first respondent, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Madurai District. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to forward the petitioner’s complaint to the appropriate police station, namely, the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Town Police Station, Madurai, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
