Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instruction sent by Shri Kapil Chauhan, Sub-Inspector, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Raebareli, that the matter is being investigated. 4. Learned A.G.A. further states that an endeavour would be made to complete the investigation in a fair and impartial manner expeditiously, say, within two weeks from today. 5.
