Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3 and Sri Shadab Waheed, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report bearing Case Crime no. 0183 of 2025 under Sections 69, 89, 351(3) of B.N.S, 2023, lodged at Police Station Sammanpur, District Ambedkarnagar. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 8.9.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-5 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 15.09.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 15.09.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 23.09.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioner and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioner and respondent no.4 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings of first information report dated 11.07.2025 bearing Case Crime no. 0183 of 2025 under Sections 69, 89, 351(3) of B.N.S, 2023, lodged at Police Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Syed Raza Mehdi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Shadab Waheed Ram Anuj .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
