On being queried, corpus stated that she is willing to pursue her life along with petitioner no. 2 being husband and wife, with her free will with sound mind. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, Sub-Inspector Sri Chandra Shekhar Tripathi, Police Station Jalesar, District Etah, who brought the corpus before this Court today, is hereby directed to hand over the custody of corpus in favour of petitioner no. 2-Rohit Kumar Sharma forthwith. 5.
