The petitioner is an accused in connection with Rahe P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025. 3. The petitioner was suspected to be involved in a transaction of stolen motorcycles. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one stolen motorcycle was recovered but the same was not from the house of the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.04.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the manner of implication and period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Rahe P.S.
