Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. Interim order(s), stand vacated. 3. Mr. Sanjeev Bhushan, learned Senior Counsel, at this stage, points out that two applications have been filed by the applicants/proposed respondents No.11 & 12, for impleadment as well as modification of order dated 08.07.2025. 4. In the light of the fact that the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, on account of subsequent developments, CMP Nos. 17025 & 17026 of 2025 are closed, with the observation that closure thereof shall not come in the way of the applicants/proposed respondents No.11 & 12, in approaching the appropriate Fora/Court, in case they have some genuine grievance, redressal whereof is necessary, in accordance with law.
