The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 12/02/2024 passed by this Court in WPS No. 837 of 2 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the order of this Court has been complied by the respondents-very delayed, therefore, penalty may be imposed upon respondent No. 2. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 would contend that the order passed by this Court has been complied vide 17.02.2025 and the undisputed amount of the petitioner has been released. 4. On perusal of the documents taken on record, I have found that the undisputed amount of the petitioner has been deposited by the respondent No. 2, however, the compliance of the order of this court is very delayed by the respondent No. 2, therefore, it is directed to respondents No. 1 & 3 to remain careful in the future. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not object to the said submission. 6. Since the order has been complied with, therefore, no deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court is made out. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is disposed of.
