Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Satish Chandra Kashish, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 & 4 and Mr. Brijendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2. Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Opp. parties to direct the Opp. party No. 2 to implement the government order dated 02.12.2000 and 23.08.2004 issued by the Opp. party No. 1 in respect of grant of time scale/selection grade to the petitioners from the date of their eligibility expeditiously or within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. (b) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Opp. party No. 4 to revise the scale of the petitioners after granting them benefit of time scale/selection grade with all consequential benefits and pay them difference of salary expeditiously or within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioners, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to give liberty to the petitioners to move fresh representation before the respondent no.2 within fifteen days and direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the petitioners are given liberty to move fresh representation before the respondent no.2/Director, Local Bodies, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow within fifteen days and in case such representation is moved, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within further period of six weeks.
