The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./529 BNSS has filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the Additional Sessions Judge-II Bahraich in Session Trial No. 1107 of 2025 (State vs. Sageer and others) arising out of Crime No.0058 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 109, 3(5), 351(3), 61(2), BNS registered at Police Station Huzoorpur, District Bahriach expeditiously within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that several dates have been fixed but the accused persons are not appearing for framing of the charge as such the applicant is suffering from irreparable loss and he prays that the trial may be concluded expeditiously. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the trail expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
