Also heard Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State as well as Mr. A.K. Azad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3 (victim). 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 01.09.2025 by this court and that he has not violated any of the conditions of bail and has fully cooperated with the investigation. 3. On the Other hand learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Dhubri PS Case No. 340/2025 and submitted that the statement of the petitioner has already been recorded. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim girl and his role is limited to having arranged the marriage of the victim with his son. He further submitted that the investigation has failed in progress. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not violated any of the conditions of interim bail, and also taking into account the progress of the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 01.09.2025 is hereby made absolute. 4.
