Heard Sri T.G. Prasad Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. In compliance with the Order of this Court dated 08.04.2025, Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar, Venkatagiri Mandal, Tirupati District, dated Nil. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the Revenue has identified alternate land and had shown the said land to the Writ Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would also agree to this position and had also informed the Court that the Writ Petitioner has no objection for the same. 4. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would urge the Court to issue necessary directions to the Department of Revenue to issue Patta as expeditiously as possible. 5. Having regard to this submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Official Respondents of the Department of Revenue namely the Tahsildar, Revenue Divisional Officer and District Collector to complete the entire administrative process inter-departmentally by co-ordination and co-

operation within a period of 12 weeks and issue the relevant Patta in favour of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. 6.
