Sarma, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.5 submits that in respect to the premises wherein the petitioner had sought for electricity, the petitioner had forcibly occupied the said premises of the respondent No.5. A suit was filed by the respondent No.5 seeking eviction of the Page No.# 3/3 petitioner. The said suit was registered and numbered as Title Suit No.308/2009. Pursuant to the decree passed in the said suit, the petitioner as well as his dependents had already been evicted. 2. It petitioner is not represented today. The reason is apparent as the petitioner had been evicted. 3. Considering the above, the instant proceedings stands close for non-prosecution. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
