Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel for opposite party no.1 and Ms. Purnima Singh, Advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. Shailendra Singh Rajawat, learned counsel for opposite parties no.2 and 3. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of arrears of salary for a period 1994 till 30.06.2013. 3. It is submitted that earlier petitioner had filed Writ A No.9745 of 2023 seeking a direction to opposite party to provide benefit of promotional pay-scale as well as arrears of salary. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 10.01.2024 and in pursuance thereof, opposite parties have passed the order dated 13.08.2024 whereby recommendation has been made for payment of such benefits. It is submitted that despite such a recommendation having been made in August, 2004, no final order has been passed thereupon. 4. In view of submissions advanced by learned Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Durga Prasad Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Shailendra Singh Rajawat Shakuntala Devi .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
