According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, Madurai District Cooperative Milk Producers Union, by way of proceedings dated 24.04.2015, granted permission to the writ petitioner to run Aavin Booth. However, the respondents 1 and 2 herein have so far not considered the request of the petitioner for putting up Aavin Booth. 3. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
