Land Revenue Code as well as order dated 29.9.2025 passed by Assistant Collector, Ist Class (Judicial), Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code. 3. Learned Standing counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has efficacious remedy of filing revision against the impugned orders under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 1901. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not oppose the aforesaid legal provision and prays that the petition may be dismissed with liberty to file revision. 5.
