Prashansha Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 2. Keeping in view the nature of reliefs sought and the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the opposite parties is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Haveli, Faizabad to decide Regular Suit No.356 of 2006: Ramnaresh Singh Vs. Virendra Kumar Singh and others expeditiously. 4. The aforesaid suit was filed by the petitioner's father (since deceased) in the year 2006 for perpetual injunction. Issues in the suit were framed on 08.11.2006. However, the suit could not be decided during the period of almost two decades and meanwhile the original plaintiff Sri Ramnaresh Singh died. The petitioner who is the son of the deceased original plaintiff and who has been substituted in place of his father is also aged 68 years and is also a senior citizen. 5. Keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances, the petition is disposed of and a direction is issued to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Haveli, Faizabad to decide Regular Suit No.356 of 2006: Ramnaresh Singh Vs. Virendra Kumar Singh and others expeditiously in accordance with law without granting any Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Amit Kumar Singh, Prashansa Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Om Prakash Singh .....Petitioner(s) Virendra Kumar Singh And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.
