Under challenge is the notice dated 17.10.2025 issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mahrajganj, Raebareli, under Sections 129(G) and 130 of the BNSS, 2023, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he intends to submit his reply to the notice and prays that the competent authority be directed to consider the said reply in accordance with law and relevant rules. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit his reply to the aforesaid notice within a period of two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. 5. In case reply is submitted by the petitioner the competent authority shall consider the said reply in accordance with law and rules by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the reply. 6.
