On the basis of written instructions provided by the Tehsildar Lalganj, Pratapgarh, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has informed that 17 cases have already been instituted for removal of encroachment. A copy of the written instructions is taken on record. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of by issuing a direction that the 17 cases instituted for removal of encroachment from land bearing plot no. 1 measuring 2.214 hectare situated in Village Lakhanpur Soor, Pargana Atheha, Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh, shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
