This application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Page No.# 2/3 Sanhita, 2023, the accused petitioner namely, Yusuf Ali, has prayed for bail in connection with Hajo P.S. Case No. 276/2025, registered under Section 140(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. The gist of the allegations in the Ejahar dated 04.07.2025 is that the petitioner along with two other accused persons kidnapped the younger brother of the informant and demanded ransom of Rs. 80,000/-. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been detained in custody since 05.07.2025. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime upon completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted. 6. It is submitted by the petitioner counsel that accused is in detention for last 81 days. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor objects to the grant of bail. However, in view of the length of detention and completion of investigation the accused is allowed to go on bail of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Court, subject to the conditions: (a) He shall not abscond; (b) He shall not hamper and/or tamper with the evidence; (b) He shall not intimidate or harm the informant and his family; Page No.# 3/3 7. Violation of bail conditions would be liable to cancellation of the bail. 8. The bail petition stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
