GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 to 5, particularly 5th respondent at the instance of respondents 6 to 15 in insisting the petitioners to appear before their authority and yield to the terms of latter connected to civil disputes being raised by them in respect of petitioners' agricultural land admeasuring Ac.27.78 cents in Survey No.174 of Vedantapuram Revenue Village in Koyyalagudem Mandal of West Godavari District, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioners' life, liberty and possession over their said landed properties.” 3 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri Ms.Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
