Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while submits that he would feel satisfied in case, if the instant petition is treated as a representation and a direction is issued to the concerned Deputy Commissioner-respondent No.2 herein to decide the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner which is pending before the said respondent. 02. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and perused the record. 03. Issue notice. 04. Ms. Priyanka Bhat, Advocate vice Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr.AAG waives notice on behalf of the respondents. 05. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition. 06. In the aforesaid backdrop and with the consent of learned counsels for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal at the very threshold at this Sr.No. 20 2 stage and the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the same as a representation and to accord due consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on 01.02.2024, within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order along with writ petition and annexures are made available to the respondents, strictly in accordance with law and as per rules. 07.
