After issuing notice to the pattadar, he submits that a decision would be taken on merits. 3. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for patta on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the pattadar and any other persons concerned.
