The present criminal revision petition has been instituted assailing the order dated Page No.# 2/2 01-10-2013 passed by the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Biswanath Chariali framing charge against the petitioner under Section 51(1) of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 in Sessions Case No. 355/2012. This Court has perused the materials available on record. This Court has also perused the order dated 01-10-2013. On perusal of the order dated 01-10-2013, it is revealed that the learned Trial Court had examined the materials brought on record by the police in the charge-sheet filed against the petitioner, herein. On consideration of the materials on record and the same having revealed incriminating materials against the petitioner, herein, the application submitted by the petitioner for discharge from the charge levelled against him came to be rejected. On perusal of the said order in the light of the materials brought on record as well as the charge-sheet filed, this Court does not find any error with the framing of the charge against the petitioner, herein, by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 01-10-2013. In view of the above position, the present revision petition is found to be devoid of any merit and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
