Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking challenge to order dated 19.09.2025 whereby petitioner's representation for transfer in Tube-well Division, Salempur Deoria, Gorakhpur Division or any nearby place has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of fact that petitioner's mother is suffering from paralysis and has to be medically examined time and again, he is seeking such transfer to his home District. 4. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 24.11.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which, it has been indicated that at the present place of posting of petitioner in Bahraich, there are 346 sanctioned posts out of which only 50 tube-well operators are working due to which it is imperative for petitioner to continue at the said place. It has been indicated that in the place where posting has been sought, vacancies are lesser than at Bahraich. 5. In view of such instructions having been received, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions submits that petitioner's case Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pradeep Kumar Shukla, Nishendra Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Vijay Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Irrigation And Water Resources Deptt. Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) for his posting in the desired place may be considered in the next routine transfers. 6. In view of such submission being made, petitioner is granted liberty to seek such posting in next annual transfers, which may be considered by authorities concerned. 7.
