Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India whereby the petitioner has made the main prayer(s): "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash impugned Order dated 27.10.2025 passed and issued by opposite party no.05 i.e. Deputy Director of Agriculture, Sultanpur U.P, by means of which he has directed the petitioner to deposit subsidy amount of Rs1,18,000/-(One Lakh, Eighteen Thousands Rupees) within a period of one week, in ex-parte manner without providing any kind of opportunity of hearing and without proving any enquiry report, contained as Annexure No.01 to the writ petition. II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding opposite parties to not adopt any coercive measure in pursuance of impugned order dated 27.10.2025 passed by opposite party no.05 in the interest of justice. III) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just, fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also be passed in favor of the petitioner." We are of the view that the petitioner was not put to proper notice of the enquiry report. Accordingly, the respondent authorities are directed to provide the enquiry report to the petitioner and grant him opportunity of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vinod Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. The impugned order dated 27.10.2025 passed by respondent no.5/Deputy Director of Agriculture, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh is quashed and set aside.
