J DILEEP KUMAR The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 07.05.2024 in W.P.No.10868 of 2024. 2. The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 07.05.2024 and the operative portion of the order reads as follows: “In view of the above submissions, without going into other aspects of the matter this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make online application seeking deletion of the subject property from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22 A (1)(a) of the Registration Act, by annexing all the relevant documents. If such an application is made District Collector shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and communicate the same to the petitioner.” 3. The contempt case was filed on 06.05.2025. A reply affidavit was filed on 25.07.2025 by the respondents. Along with reply, the proceedings vide Rc.No.1354/2024-E2, dated 10.05.2025, has been annexed. As seen from the proceedings dated 10.05.2025, the respondent, in pursuance of the order dated 07.05.2024 in W.P.No.10868 of 2024, passed a speaking order and the same has been communicated to the petitioner vide speed post. 4. Since a speaking order has been passed on 10.05.2025 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner, this Court does not find any 3 SRS,J C.C.No.1387/2025 violation of the order dated 07.05.2024 in W.P.No.10868 of 2024 by the respondent. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 10.05.2025, if aggrieved. No order as to costs.
