The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 49/2025, for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri M. K. Singh, learned J.M., Ranchi. 3. During the intervening night of 10/11.03.2025, motorcycle of the informant, was stolen by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
