The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that with regard to the petitioner's share it was received by the sixth respondent. However he would submit that share entitled by the petitioner cannot be decided by this Court and it has to be decided before the Civil Court. 4. In view of the same, prayer sought for cannot be considered and the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
