GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Ms. Sultana Shaik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Komma Vijaya Kumar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings has drawn the attention of this Court to the Counter Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.7. He would submit that it is the Executive Engineer (Respondent No.7), who is competent to verify and confirm the bills and the amounts claimed by the Writ Petitioner. The Counter Affidavit would also indicate that the claim of the Writ Petitioner is admitted for an amount of Rs.28,44,014/-. The Counter Affidavit would indicate that the gross amount is Rs.31,57,992/-, which is claimed by the Writ Petitioner and that the net amount, after deduction, as stated by the Respondent No.7, is Rs.28,44,014/-. This amount was not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. 3 3. In this view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from today and transfer the due amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 4. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the concerned Respondents within two weeks from today, for effective compliance. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 6.
