On 24.11.2025, we had passed the following order:- "None appears to press this P.I.L. which was filed in the year 2018 seeking a direction to opposite party No.2 to demolish a school building. Although a rejoinder affidavit has been filed may be because a counter affidavit was served upon the petition but the counter affidavit itself is not on record nor do the computer records demonstrate its filing. Besides it, Shri Shivam Sharma has no instructions as to whether there is any need to demolish the school. Let the B.S.A., Raebareli join these proceedings through video conferencing on 11.12.2025 when the case shall be taken up again. " Sri Rahul Singh, B.S.A., Raebareli has joined the proceedings through video conferencing. He says that a technical committee has been constituted to assess the situation and based on the report of technical committee further action will be taken and if demolition is required the same shall be carried out within fifteen days. He also informs that the school is not running in the said building. His counsel says that recovery from the erring officials has already been made.
