At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that in the instant case investigation has already been concluded, and the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners. It is further submitted that consequent to the said charge-sheet, learned counsel for the petitioners has already preferred an application under Section 528 BNSS, which is still pending before this Court. In view thereof, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned A.G.A. does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the statement made, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
