The instant application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification in the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by this Court in B.A. No.4713 of 2025 for modifying a sentence wherein it has been indicated that the petitioner is aged about 60 years and is suffering from various old age ailment, however, the fact remains that the other co-accused namely Awtar Singh was 60 years old and this petitioner-Navdeep Singh @ Nawdeep Singh was only 23 years old. From the order itself, it transpires that this is an inadvertent error in view of the fact that in the cause title, the age of the petitioner has been mentioned as 23 years. 2. Accordingly, the sentence “He further submits that the petitioner is aged about 60 years and suffering from various old age ailment” shall be deemed omitted from the original order dated 05.06.2025 in B.A. No. 4713 of 2025. 3.
