NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed by the defendant under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the trial court to dispose of the IA filed under Order 12 Rule 6 of CPC in O.S.No.1403/2017. 2. The plaintiff filed a suit for declaration and injunction. On service of summons, defendant filed the written statement and also counter-claim. Thereafter, he has also filed an application under Order 12 Rule 6 of CPC on 29.10.2018. Till today, that application has not been disposed of. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said application. 3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the trial court is directed - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13134 WP No. 5882 of 2025 to dispose of the application filed by the defendant under Order 12 Rule 6 of CPC, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
