General Power of Attorney registered as Document No. 204 in Book No. 4, Volume No. 4493 on pages 164 to 167 on 29.04.2022 before the Sub-Registrar III, New Delhi. 12. Learned counsel appearing for the defendants states that she will provide fresh/latest address of the Sub-Registrar III, New Delhi as well as its e-mail id to the Registry within a week from today for issuance of the fresh communication. On receipt thereof, let fresh communication be issued to the Sub-Registrar III, New Delhi through speed post as well as e-mail. Simultaneously, the concerned official may also make an endeavour to find out fresh/latest address as well as e-mail id of the Sub-Registrar III, New Delhi and issue fresh communication through speed post as well as e-mail. A fresh communication be also issued to the Standing Counsel (Civil), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) for information and compliance by Sub-Registrar III, New Delhi.
