Devinder Singh Vs. Siddhartha Acharya CMP No. 14525 of 2025 in COPC No. 584 of 2025 27.06.2025 Present: Mr. Subhash Mohan Snehi, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. Mr. Ramesh Chand Sharma, Advocate for the respondents. By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of applicant/petitioner for modification of order dated 24.06.2025, whereby direction has been issued to the applicant/petitiioner to present himself before the competent authority on 03.07.2025, enabling it to do the needful in terms of judgment, alleged to have been violated. Though learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner attempted to argue that on account of fact that petitioner has already been heard on 24.06.2025 through Video conferencing, there is no requirement for his personal appearance but he is ready and willing to appear tomorrow in the office of the competent authority, in case the date of hearing is preponed. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/respondents is not opposed to the aforesaid prayer. In view of the above, present application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before competent authority on 28.06.2025 at 11:00 a.m. Needless to say, authority concerned, after having heard petitioner in person, shall proceed to decide his representation expeditiously, preferably within two days. Application stands disposed of. June 27, 2025 (Sandeep Sharma), (sunil) Judge
