Sri VV Satish for R.2 to R.4 The Court made the following ORDER: Questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents in providing power supply to the petitioner’s agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents situated in Sy.No.121/1 of Alluru Kothapatnam Village of Kothapatnam Mandal, Prakasam District, having received the estimated installation cost of Rs.5,35,235/- as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner voluntarily states that the petitioner will provide' land for erection of the Transformer in his land. As the petitioner voluntarily came forward to give his land for erection of Transformer, the respondents are
directed to consider his representation and release power supply to his agricultural land within a period of three weeks from today. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No order as to costs.
