Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Pushpila Bisht, learned counsel for respondent no.2, Mr. Sahars, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. Instant petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "[i] ISSUE a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. parties to make promotion of the petitioner to the post of Medical Officer with all consequential benefits including financial benefits forthwith. [ii] issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 9.10.2025 as contained in ANNEXURE NO.,1 to this writ petition expeditiously by a speaking and reasoned order. [iii] issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. [iv] Allow the writ petition with costs." After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2025 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid.
