Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.124 of 2024 under sections 376(2)n IPC, P.S. Katra Bazar, District Gonda. 3. In terms of the FIR, lodged through an application of section 156(3) Cr.P.C., it was stated that the informant came in contact with the applicant around 6 to 7 months ago, and on the false pretext of marriage, physical relations were formed. The tentative age of the victim is around 20 years. 4. Considering the fact that physical relations continued over a span of 6 to 7 months, the applicant, who is in custody since 11/01/2025 and has no criminal history, is entitled to bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Faiyaz be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Awadhesh Kumar Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
