The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of FTC-II, Sultanpur to decide Criminal Case No.22 of 2015, (Sambhu Nath vs. Jitendra Pal) under Sections 376, 511 IPC and Sections 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Lambhua, District Sultanpur. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2015 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
