Case No. 360 of 2024 arising out of Bishnugarh P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1444 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Hazaribagh. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 38 of 2025 by order dated 10.01.2025. 4. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Aarti Devi who was strangulated in her matrimonial home. 5. Report regarding the stage of the trial earlier called for, has been received. It appears that charge has been framed in this case and the case is fixed for recording of the evidence. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
