Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the police conducted preliminary enquiry and have found that the petitioner has filed OS.No.4 of 2019 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla against one A.Yoga Arjuna Kumar. It is also submitted that the police have come to a conclusion that the dispute is civil nature. 3. Considering the submissions, the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law before appropriate Court. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
